Returns & Refunds policy
Solution Box – HR and Management Consulting Firm- At Solution Box, we aim to deliver exceptional services and ensure client satisfaction. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy for details on cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
· You are entitled to cancel your order within 07 days without providing a valid and logical reason.
· The cancellation period is 07 days from the date you:
· Received the services or goods.
· Signed the service contract or any other contract and agreement.
· A third party, not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered goods (if applicable).
To exercise your right of cancellation, notify us with a clear statement via email at prateek@solutionbox.co.in.
Refund Process: We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods or cancellation request. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used, and no additional fees will be charged.
Conditions for Returns
· For goods or services to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
· The goods were purchased within the last 30 days, and in the case of services, no more than 40% of the purchase value has been utilized.
· The goods are in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
· Consulting Services, including coaching, training, or advance payments for job placement services, or any other consultatio
· Customized or personalized goods.
· Goods unsuitable for return due to their nature, rapid deterioration, or expiry.
· Unsealed goods for health or hygiene reasons.
· Goods inseparably mixed with other items post-delivery.
Note: Solution Box reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or as per contract conditions signed with client/user/customer.
Returning Goods: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. Returns must be sent to: 1204-A, SDC Anand Prime, Sector-8, Haldighati Gate, Pratap Nagar, Sanganer, Jaipur-302033
We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds cannot be processed without proof of delivery or receipt of returned goods.
Gifts: If the goods were marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be sent once we receive the returned item.
If the goods were not marked as a gift or were shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
